I finally got a chance to try some of your batter mix on some pheasant tonight. Wow!! I've had dang near every batter mix under the sun including my own recipes. This one is tops . . . and I'm picky. Great unique flavor. Wife and kids wouldn't stop eating it.

My husband and I never cared for catfish, therefore we always gave it away to anyone who would take it. We joined a catfish tournament that was sponsored by Tall Tales Restaurant and Lounge in Republican City, Nebraska, home of TomKat's Batter Mix. They had taken the catfish caught at the tournament and fried it with TomKat's Batter Mix. Everyone (including ourselves) was asking what type of batter they were using and where they could buy it. We couldn't believe how good the catfish tasted. Since then we have treated our family and friends with the fish we catch battered with TomKat's Batter Mix. They are as overwhelmed with the great taste as we were, and have to ask where they can buy it. We have tried TomKat's Batter Mix on different meats and have found it to add a great flavor to every type of meat.
           By the way . . . we no longer give away the catfish we catch.

We used TomKats batter on perch last night and it tasted greatl!  It is just like they said.  The batter enhanced the food without covering up the original flavor.  It wasn't heavy like many batters are.  We love it on beef and pork chops too. We've had both new flavors, the Chipotle and the Hot Chipotle and I think we like them even better than the original.  Great products! Keep up the good work!
